We are in immediate need of a Project Manager with significant experience managing several, concurrent medium to large-scale web design and development projects. This person should enjoy a challenging, fast-paced environment with a focus on quality, collaboration, integrity, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and be effective at prioritization.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Consult with web project team to plan, estimate, and control tasks.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Develop plans to mitigate risk. Identify and recommend alternative solutions as appropriate.
  • Understand the general roles of web disciplines such as user interaction, design, content, development and production and influences each to execute projects successfully.
  • Schedules, plan agendas, prepare meeting notes, and document decision making of all web project meetings.
  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively, including regular status meetings with project team.
  • Ensure project documents are complete and current.
  • Monitor project to ensure completion within defined schedule and budget.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure all team members are kept updated with current project plan, status, and budget and notified of changes in a timely manner.
  • Work proactively with stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, web team and management.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations; manage project scope.
  • Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus in a variety of circumstances.
  • Ensure every team member is on board and moving in the right direction.
  • Skilled in dealing with a range of customer needs priorities and personalities.
